This incident affected: Admin System - admin.servicefusion.com, Worker App, vip1, vip2 and other *.totalfsm.com domains, QuickBooks Desktop Integration, QuickBooks Online Integration, Customer Web Portal & Customer Apps, API (beta), FusionPay, and ServiceCall.ai.
